...it's disappointing to see the process broken up this way. It DOES NOT MATTER if anybody else sees it. You see it, so you file the report. Then, if you want to let the rest of us know (which is a nice thing, I would say), post here about it, and include the link the first time. There is no reason to post a description first, wait for moral support, then file it, then post again with the link, so we can all then read about it again and sign on.
I don't mean to pick on you in particular; I see this habit a lot, and there is simply no reason to make it that complicated.
