I've experimented with a MachO build for one of my projects which uses a resource file for its icons in its PEF existence. I have not found any way to make the icon show up in the built application, including the trick of duplicating the application (which I use with the PEF builds after bundling them). Are resource-based icons not supported for MachO builds?
