Here is a really hackish workaround: Create some small invisible rectcontrol
on top of your listbox. Move it along with your mouse if the mouse is over
the listbox (you'd do that in the listbox's mouse move event). Supply the
controls helptag property dynamically depending on which cell the mouse is
over.
