This seems to do it for me. If you click where the MenuBar or dock

be, after it is hidden, it will show up and return to hidden once your

receives focus again.

I haven't tested it yet, but for sure I'll do.
My application takes all screen space, except for the menu bar, and I
didn't want to lose the space devoted to the Dock, in case the user
hasn't autohide checked.
