It always crashes towards the end. Never at the exact same place
though. Im running the shell in sync mode.
Try decreasing the number of repetitions; what is the number it
stabilizes at? Does ghostscript spawn extra processes or temp files
that it doesn't clean up for a certain amount of time? Can you
reproduce the crash with other commands (besides ghostscript)?
