Hi,

REALbasic 2005r4 / 2006r2
Mac OS X 10.4.6

Unknown source unit typein
DelSourceUnitAction.Execute
                               <OK>

To get it:

a. Click - for example -in an App Class Event Handler,
b. Press Command-Shift-Delete

That's All Folks!

Emile,

This has been bugged several times.

eg:
http://support.realsoftware.com/feedback/viewreport.php?reportid=ycmrqdqj

plus

Cmd-delete of event gives odd warning
Cannot delete note, methods etc. in code editor
code editor: cryptic error message when deleting selected code with backspace key
2005r1 Unknown source unit type in DelSourceUnitAction.Execute when cutting
Unkown source unit type on Command-Delete
No code typing and error "Unknown source unit type in DelSourceUnitAction.Execute"
Ctrl-Backspace causes error message instead of deleting a word
Attempting to delete control event handler causes error message

I am not sure if RS should fix this rubbish or tackle something more important, like say, making the compilation/debug run step faster... ;-|
