What is the best way (creating a Console Application) to synchronize
execution between items based on the presence of other items? For
example:
STEP 1) Launch another application
STEP 2) Wait for it's output to appear in a text file
STEP 3) Act on that data
STEP 4) Repeat as needed
How exactly do you sync? What is the best way to make sure the main
application waits until the presence (or timeout) of another item
before proceeding?
