One of my customers is using one of the new Intel Macs. He says that
my application Mail Archiver X is disappearing after "installing" it
and doing a reboot, which he tried two times. Only the plist file is
remaining. I asked if he had searched for the application with
Spotlight and he said yes.
Has anyone of you heard about something like this??? The customer
seems to be at least a bit computer savvy, but one never knows...
Some other customers also use a new Mac without problems.
What could cause a problem like this? How could I test this?
