Add this line to your plugin:
#include <Winldap.h>
And link to "Wldap32.lib".
This will work by default with Windows 2000 and up. For earlier
versions you'll need to install the Active Directory Client Extension.

I wrote the ldap plugin in ... 1996/1997 and really hadn't
investigated it a lot since then
