I think this is a well known issue with the QuickTime support in RB.
The workaround is to save the file to some generic name and then
rename it
f.name = "Placeholder"
f.SaveAsJPEG pix
f.name = TheRealName
Unfortunately that workaround doesn't work when I put it after my code.
The File name is still wrong because of the encoding.
