Well, what effect does this triggering setfocus' have on your
interface? Or is there something else going on? Do you have code in
the listbox's KeyDown event? If so, what is its purpose, and would
you be better served (based on your interface requirements) putting
that code in the CellKeyDown event instead?

I did try Terry's idea and yes it works perfectly. But when I do
an arrow up-down it will trigger the setfocus in the list box were
as I want NO response at all. The end user must click on the
selection, or am I being to picky?
