Tried several runs on various printers and I have the following results:
HP 6600
Crashed on 107
Epson Stylus 870
Crashed on 22
Run 2 (after other work) cancelled on 658 with no crash
Run 3 immediately after run 2 crashed on 48
Run 4 immediately after run 3 cancelled on 772 with no crash
Canon IP4200
Cancelled with no crash on 850
Run 2 (after Epson Run 4) cancelled on 411
Konica Minolta 2350 Color Laser on Network
Crashed on 2
A later run on this seemed to work but the dialog was not refreshed
(and was not drawn) and wonderful Windows for some reason showed the
printer "not found on server" even though I could select it for
printing and [blank] pages were produced, so I could not get a count,
but it did run for a fair while until I let the paper run out.
Brother HL-2030
Cancelled with no crash on 915 (printer queue listed 1257)
I amended the project to use OpenPrinter(ps) rather than OpenPrinterDialog(ps)
The application goes into "Not Responding" after a while so the
figures shown are from the actual printer queue.
Unfortunately I can't see anything consistent here...apart from
knowing that it's going to crash at some time!
