I have filled a bug report with a small project and an image of the
result I have with a page ANSI E and a scale of 25%.

In the graphics returned by OpenPrinterDialog, the graphics.Width and
Graphics.Height aren't long integers.
They are limited to 32767.
So with large page and little scale you can have bad values (i.e. < 0)
