I need to "take over" the Mac screen and disallow any user interaction
until a password is entered (you might ask why not use OS X's login
window? I want to have a timer that releases the lock at a certain
time of day. Can the OS do this? I haven't seen.)

I use FullScreen window and no menubar, so this takes care of
mouseClicks and the Dock, and I intercept the app's cancelClose event
so cmd-Q is disabled. But the user can still cmd-tab to the Finder.
Any idea on how to intercept all keyboard input, even cmd-tab, to
completely take over the Mac screen and lock out the user?
(option-cmd-esc to Force Quit is OK).

Thx,
Peter.
