For me, I get 72 dpi, ugly text. The 45 degree square also is jaggy. I tried at a scale factor of 1 and at 16. Both printed the same size, and at 72 dpi.
Also, as expected, the file->page setup choice does nothing. It is documented that PageSetupDialog does not work with Linux. Also, in the Print dialog box, if I click on Print Preview, the job is instantly sent to the printer. I remember that I've seen this with the print preview in the RB IDE too.
