I'm trying to do something I thought was easy, but it's turning out
not to be. I simply want to get the Mac "add" cursor (the one with
the green circle and a plus sign, like the Mac OS X Finder uses when
making a copy). There doesn't seem to be a bone fide cursor editor
that can create 'crsr' resources, though (Mighty Mouse from Unsanity
seems to be useful for changing System cursors, but not for obtaining
a crsr resource).
Does anyone have any suggestions?
