I would like to second that! My team have been switching over from 5.5.5 and are very impressed with 2006r2.
While i didn't initially love the single window interface in 2005, i think the advantages are beginning to shine through in r2. I did get the team larger displays and faster Macs, both definitely help with navigating the new interface. Looking fwd to the upcoming Cocoa and UB support! :) Dax Dasilva ---------------------- Xsilva Systems Montréal, QC, Canada 514-907-1801 514-907-1883 (fax) http://www.xsilva.com > Hi, > > Sometimes I growl and complain a bit too much when I report bugs, so > I thought I'd balance it a little by reporting to the NUG that I am > really enjoying using RB2006r2. > > I have been using RB55 until about a month ago but finally bit the > bullet and switched for a new project. > > I am finding that the Location Bar is fantastic, as is the code editor. > Go To 'blah' is a great contextual menu item. > r2 only crashed once in a month and I think I contributed to this > mishap (it was a wild fast multiple undo, followed by text editing > and then a wild fast series of Redo . > > Thanks to all in getting r2 in such great shape. > -- > > Cheers, > > Dr Gerard Hammond > Bioinformatic Analyst > Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Sydney, Australia. > > If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate. > _______________________________________________ > Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: > <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> > > Search the archives of this list here: > <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html> _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives of this list here: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
