I can verify that such things exist (I wrote an article on Leonardo for MacTech
years ago), at least for limited environments. I can perhaps also get away
with saying that it's something I've been interested interested in even before
I started working at REAL Software, which (some of you old-timers may remember)
was before we started designing the new compiler and debugger. It is
theoretically possible to add such a feature to REALbasic. However, in a
real-world environment, such reversible execution (as I have known it to be
called) is quite expensive, and if I had to hazard a personal guess, I'd say
that it would be a very long time before the cost/benefit ratio of this feature
would outweigh other features people want.

Best,
- Joe
