I use RB HTML Viewer, but there are some refresh problems, I use
Composite Window, then the hiccups is less.. You also have to use
code in the open, resize, resized events - setting the size and
refresh ... Check if you using Composite window and have locked the
left-top-right-bottom positions of the viewer..
