Beware of potential Nil in:

f = App.ExecutableFIle.Parent.Parent.Child("Resources").Child("help")

Both folders can not exists (Resources and help) ; also, be sure of the help 'h' case...

I have seen many application made in packages for Mac/OS, that they
have many folders and files inside it.

My question is: how can I build my app with this kind of package?,
and how can I refer to those folderitems?.

Choose your build target as Mac OSX only (Project -> Build settings...)

An example of how to reference a file:

f =3DApp.ExecutableFIle.Parent.Parent.Child("Resources").Child("help")
