Thanks for the note - I didn't found something on the lists, but yes,
it started always with building a non-debug-app. But my experience
is, that it is failing for debug-builds too from this point until you
restart.
I will sign on to this bug-report.

There is a bug reported where it returns the global instance on
mach-O builds but returns the individual user's instance on PEF
