No. The listbox is a subclass of RectControl as you mention, but the RectControl class doesn't have properties that address border attributes such as color. Rectangle Control, of course, has these attributes, and, like ListBox it also inherits from RectControl, but the border attributes are in the subclass(Rectangle Control) not the superclass (RectControl).
