Make a separate folder for each project/client.
Place a copy of RealBasic in each folder with selected plugins, RB

To work on a project, go into its folder and start its copy of
REALBasic, open your project and go from there. This would

Recompile would still happen as they are different versions and
different sets

I appreciate the suggestions folks, and I can actually get work done,
just not as conveniently as I'd like because of this issue with
plugins and different sets.
So being able to open multiple projects at once is of limited benefit
