Hitting ENTER in a Constant declaration does not update the listbox

I finally entered a report for this longstanding issue.
When entering the value of a Constant, hitting the Mac Enter key does
not update the value display for that constant in the listbox. It's
very unnerving and I always feel like I need to take another action
to commit that value.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Constant
- Type its name
- Hit enter and note that the listbox still shows its name as Untitled
- Type in a default value
- Hit enter and note that the listbox still shows it has no value
