Note I made no judgement as to right wrong or otherwise and just said
that hitting reply IS what causes the issue.
Folks can use whatever they want to read Mail and I make/made no
attempt to say what they should/should not use.
I generally start new threads as I do use a thread aware reader.
And, I generally reply whether a thread has been hijacked or not.
