Hello,

Indeed the machine i'm testing on is using NTFS, and the online server is a linux server. So this might be the reason, but I don't understand enough about streaming files cross platform to know how to fix this.
Could someone please give me a pointer in the right direction.
I've been stuck for about 3 days now, after programming it for about 4 days. Maybe I need to put on my "dunce" hat.

Thanks in advance,
Dirk Cleenwerck

It's been tested on Quick 'n Easy FTP Server Lite (windows

For some strange reason the
filesize after upload/download is no longer the same as the
filesize of the original file.

Isn't your Windows machine using NTFS file system? If so, that's the
reason... unless the FTP server is also a Windows machine using NTFS
;-)
