Yes, the MSB pluggin (among others) has support for this.
Check out the Quicktime Grabber projects on the MBS site.
I use a utility called BestCapture ( a plugin actually). But it seems
the author is out of business. (Would love a full version as I am
using a demo now!)
BestCapture is by far the easiest solution.
