Hello,

Some servers advertise that they support APOP (the encryption) when they actually don't. The port probably doesn't have anything to do with it.

Thanks,

Hmmm... does it has something to do with the port I am using?

Best wishes,

Hello!

Is "POP3Socket.encryptPassword = true" working for somebody?
I can connect to my account as long as I don't use the encryptPassword option.

Could it be that my mail server isn't supporting it, or is there a known bug in POP3Socket? (I didn't found something in the archives.)

Just a note if it should work, or a hint would be great!

Best,
Marcel
