I am trying to evaluate the Host name of my System DSN so I can
display images from the host (server) machine. I am setting the
DataSource property of the ODBCDatabase as:
dsn=userNameHere;UID=dbNameHere;PWD…etc.
When I view the properties of the ODBCDatabase, the Host property is
blank. (that’s because I am not setting it). It is set (I assume)
by the DSN. Do you know any way to “get” the Host name from the
System DSN or anyone that might provide some resources? I’ve
searched through the RB-NUGArchive, and a bunch of other places.
None of the ODBC admins I can find will provide the Host name.
