Suse 10.1 and parallels

The SuSE 10.1 installer fails at a certain point, since it points to
a install device path beginning with dvd:/// and certain encoded  
characters
life %2F and  %3F, which seem to encode the '%' char.
Does someone know, if this relates to parallels? Or does this problem
applies to the install routine itself?

I tried the 10.1-GM DVD iso image._______________________________________________
