>>>the plan may have expired between releases >>I don't think that's possible in this case. You couldn't buy R1 before >>it came out; and when you bought it, it came with a year of upgrades, >>which easily includes R1 (and R3 I believe). Or at least, that's my >>understanding.
>That is possible. My own plan was ending some week before RB2006r2 >was released, so I have to get a new upgrade plan to get 2006r2... >(and now i have a 12 months to 1/11/07) Sorry, gone for the weekend. Sven is correct. The offer I received when upgrading from 5.5 to 2005 was for six months of upgrades, not twelve. It expired a week before the R2 release. Now, if someone feels that they owe me an additional six months, I'll take it! By the way, I think I traced this down to a problem with the underlying TIFFS and BMPs. They were created on a scanner with Windows 2000. I re-saved them on Photoshop and now they work fine. I'm wondering if it was an endianness problem. Its working now though. _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives of this list here: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
