If REAL was doing this right then it would be no problem you would simply click the App's icon and uncheck english.

Then it would choose whatever language is defined as Secondary language in your system settings. (The language that appears number two in the language order Listbox)

The problem is that REAL did not do it right (not even sure how they managed to do it wrong as it all comes nearly given when making OS X app and using the Localization manager)
