RB 5.5.5 starts debugger only once using 10.4.7

Since I installed 10.4.7, I can start a debugger session using RB  
5.5.5 only once:

        File System Error: -10661
Building  the final app is't  a problem.

Does anybody know, which file I should delete? Only the debug-binary,  
or some
other temporary file?_______________________________________________
