It's just a rough sketch, an idea.
It should compile though :) It's also cross platform. It requires no
plugin, and it's just one small module big.
Incomplete things that you or someone else might need to implement:
1) Doesn't ask the OS for it's preferred languages. Just assumes
German right now :)
2) Doesn't look in the app's bundle for files. It would be nice
actually to have this app look in the bundle. Right now it's just
looking at "GetFolderItem("Data")", it assumes a "Data" folder next
to the app. Clean this up as you like.
If anyone thinks this approach is good and wants to fix these two
incompletenesses... feel free to send me a better version :)
