There you see, people response well w/ RB on Linux.
Yes, indeed I forgot about console apps.  I always
rely on Perl & PHP for non GUI.
It is much easier to use RB whether you use it for GUI
or not.  It's a multi-purpose developing tool.  I
won't be surprise to see people replacing RB w/ PHP,
since the compiler is built-in RB, whereas you have to
pay Zend for a compiler.
However, w/o the MySQL for version 5, most users just
consider it a toy.  It's still great for learn how to
program or a prototype, and no big use for now.
Delay of the MySQL is another opportunity for other
compiler maker to make money.
