My window looks really dumb if I move the listbox up or to the left
to avoid the conflict if the scrollbars are not needed (and hence
not visible)
try this workaround when scrollbar refresh is needed programmatically:
me.Width = me.Width + 1
me.Width = me.Width - 1
I've found this heals lots of scrollbar refresh glitches in controls
like editfields and listboxes
