I have seen a few postings recently by people talking about putting
in MsgBox to indicate if something is hit. This is suitable as a
very quick technique but has a major downside.
It pays to think about the events that may be triggered by a MsgBox
and its requirements to be shown.
Using system.debuglog to see a message is VASTLY lower impact.
To view the messages on a Mac, run the Console (in Applications/
Utilities).
On Windows, use the excellent DebugView http://www.sysinternals.com/
Utilities/DebugView.html
And on Mac OS 9, MacsBug.
It's a shame: MacOS classic has no MacsBug (so System.DeubgLog does
nothing)_______________________________________________
