Emh, you mean that on Windows (the OS), it doesn't draw a focus ring around the active window? Cause if so, that isn't normal, and shouldn't happen. If you mean that on Windows (the OS), it doesn't draw the focus ring around controls, try setting the "UseFocusRing" property to true.
