I was fooling around yesterday and found in the Carbon Declare Library
Example:
Run the project, you will get:
SetUpDynamicMenuError:
Could not initialize menuitem 1
then same with menuitem 2 and 3.
If you place the Mouse windoid too near the monitor borders, the windoid
grows out of the monitor boundaries...
and eventually goes below the MenuBar where the other windoid does not go;
At last, beware of the resize button who... reduce the window height: at
some point, you cannot see the enlarge button ;)
I also see a Fenêtre (Window) Menu that is located at the left of the
File and Edition Menus...
