This is a FYI to save someone else hours of debugging.
Are you finding that when you show or click on a floating window
another undesired window will come to the front?
Or that your floating window is not floating properly?
I found that creating your floating window during the open or
constructor event of the parent window causes the floater to attach
itself to a separate window. The solution is to instantiate your
floater as needed at some later point.

This happens only on Windows. OS X works fine.
