There are no runtime licensing requirements for the RB ODBC plugin.
Some ODBC drivers from third party vendors require separate licensing,
but not if you are using the Microsoft driver for Access for Windows.
The MS Access driver is basically included with Windows, or is a
separate free install as part of the MDAC package.
