Thanks, but its not clear. It seems to offer an address book online. I want the user to push a button on his webpage, and it sends a command to my RB program running on a server (hopefully), and then he sees statistical graphics culled from a database which responds to his button push. In other words, an
interactive experience. Is that do-able with some collection of tools?

Sure, it is.

AB for Web doesn't generate static web-pages, but computes pages
based on passed URLs. In this special case, it reads AB data and composes
web-pages.
