When looking at this, it's a good idea to look at what's going on at the
mothership. If REAL (USA) is raising prices, its going to happen everywhere
else. Plus - if there have been issues related to currency valuation, its
likely it will all get settled when there is a price adjustment at the
mothership - often resulting in a higher than expected price change.

Or, it could be that reseller/distributor margins were adjusted somehow. It
doesn't happen quite as often in software as it does in hardware, but you
never know - just read any random week of Computer Reseller News for all the
fun that comes with selling HP, Dell whiteboxes, Oracle, or the like.

The positive in how REAL upgrades work is that you really arent penalized
for not keeping your license up to date. I have a project that's using RB
5.5 (with a disasterous attempt under RB 2005 and quick reversion) and funny
thing is - without Universal Binary targets I don't have any reason to
update that project at all.
