Hi Folks,

Just had a serious one reported that apparently affects 2006r3 back through 2005r2 (can't test earlier). When dragging and dropping files and folders from the desktop, the dropped obj.FolderItem doesn't always honor calls to it's shellpath and drops the colon delimited MacPath instead. It seems to be random, so I've added a very simple project to the report and would appreciate someone else might be able to find a common set of circumstances that cause the drop to be handled in one form of the other. For example, a Firewire drive named "Session 1-8" would be seen as:

        MacPath = Session 1-8:
        ShellPath = /Volumes/Session 1-8/

I've filed report http://www.realsoftware.com/feedback/viewreport.php?reportid=kjccyfjh

This breaks us as we're expecting standard Unix paths for handling information.

No one else dragging and dropping from the desktop to a listbox?

Tim
