SqlLite which is coming in PHP installation, is compiled as PHP plugin.

    Apache ->  PHP service -> SQlLite plguin -- all in one.

So this PHP's plugin for SQL Lite
    -- knows nothing about REAL SQL Server.
    -- don't know its protocol
    -- cannot connect...

You can exchange db files - right.
IF was changed nothing right.

There is a PHP extension for the REALSQLServer.
