Just wondering if anybody has any generic code to convert a SQLite 2
database (SQLitePluginPro) to a SQLite 3 database (REALSQLDatabase).
Yeah, I could write a little conversion routine myself, but I figured
why re-invent the wheel if someone has already done it and might be
willing to share? ;)
