Tim,

As Sven just wrote, I've never gotten a dialog either. When it happens
to me, RB just shuts down without any kind of warning.

Hopefully, with more and more people getting bitten by this bug,
something will be fixed. Clicking on buttons in the IDE shoudn't be
scary.
