I disabled all my plugins and everything works ok. I mainly use the
Einhugur plugins. When I add back (only) the TypeLib plugin the error
pops up again.
As to why the IDE is reporting an error in Office and not TypeLib????

No, you should not need anything else. I've never seen this error
message, I
get none on my machine. Can someone at REAL help me out here? What
in Office
would generate this kind of error?
