I have an interesting problem, one of my users can't launch the application= a second time without restarting the Mac (it's compiled using RB 2006r3). Unfortunately I don't have access to an Intel Mac so I can't personally try this.
I too am finding this sporadically with my app. I am also using eSellerate though only the serial key validation routines. (I don't use Einhugurs plugins but I do use MBS and BK Dock Menu.)
