An interesting bug in RB2006r3.
If you use the system font, font size 8, which is the recommended
font size for pre-Vista, now displays too small.
If you use Tahoma, the recommended font for 2000-XP and also the
system font, the font sizes are now from smallest to largest:
Size 7
Size 9
Size 10
Size 11 = Size 8
Size 12
Here's an example of what the problem looks like:

(note that system 8 should equal system 0 should equal tahoma 8
should equal tahoma 0 here)
The only sure way to avoid this mess is to use system and font size 0.
I normally don't like to push people to sign bug reports on the list
because it seems unfair to emphasize some bugs over others. However
this one should be addressed before fixing it causes too many
people's previously trusted font sizes to suddenly change in their
app upon a new RB release.
